Car Insurance Rates

I have health insurance with HealthNet. For car insurance, there seems to be 3 major items for coverage:

-BODILY INJURY LIABILITY
-PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY
-UNINSURED MOTORIST & UNDERINSURED MOTORIST

I’m under the impression that the third item is health insurance *for me* if I get into an accident. Why do I want that if I am paying for medical insurance anyway? Should I minimize coverage on this item?

I am going to have to use one of my parent’s cars to get around soon. I have never had my own car, but have had a license for a few years, I just always used public transportation…so I am wondering how would I go about getting added to my parent’s car insurance policy.

Note: I would only be driving their car occasionally, not regularly. I’m 21 btw. Details and possible costs would be appreciated.

Actually i got a dent for my car few months back.and now i am thinking to change my car insurance comapy where i can get for low insurance price,soo after i changed to another new insurance company,will the new company repair my car’s old dent?or will the new insurance company will charge me more insurance by seeing the dent?wat is the procedure,iam confused abt all these.
