i’ve been told that esurance.com is pretty good.
There are hundreds of auto insurance companies out there, some good, some not so good. PHone around to several agents/companies and see what you can come up with, but remember that cheapest isn’t always best. Depending on where you live, Liberty Mutual might not be so bad. Also check by Googling “complaints (name of company)” but without the ” and ( ) and see what comes up; I’ve found a lot of useful info that way.

The only real way for you to find the best rate is to comparison shop. According to one of the most popular consumer insurance sites that I use to research answers consumers the average person can save up to 40% by requesting multiple quotes on line through free quoting services. I would suggest using a site like where they list links to some of these free quoting services.

That does seem pretty high to me, even for full coverage. One speeding ticket shouldn’t cause a huge rate increase. With the source I’ve listed below you can expect to pay around $60/month for full coverage. To get an exact rate give them a call. They can give you a quote in less than 5 minutes.

I know how yo feel. Money is tight and prices are going up!
Liberty Mutual is a great company. GEICO and Progressive are going to be higher.
I would go with a smaller/good company.
I listed the one I use below. Without more information I can only give you company averages. Full coverage should cost about $70-$80 a month.
