No, they don’t know what your car looks like. No insurance company ever asked me if I have any DENTS on my car!!! Maybe you should do business with a different company.
No, they do not care. The questions about dents is to note that the dent occured before the new insurance policy was issued.
One exception,you might have a problem with a very old cheap car —-concern with safety problems —liability.
they don,t ask me that. all they ask me is how far i drive, the year, make and model.
